3. Order Cancellations & Address Changes:
1-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or modify an unfulfilled order within 1 hour of purchase using our Track Your Order page or by emailing support@trycuravia.com.
Processed Orders: Once an order enters our automated fulfillment system after 1 hour, it cannot be canceled mid-transit. Once delivered, it may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
4. Shipping, Risk of Loss & Delivery:
Fulfillment: Orders are processed and shipped according to our standalone Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates provided at checkout are operational targets and not strict delivery guarantees.
Title & Risk of Loss: Title and risk of loss for all purchased items pass to you upon our handoff to the shipping carrier.
5. Returns & Refunds:
Our return and refund standards are detailed in our Return & Refund Policy. Customers have 30 days from the carrier-confirmed delivery date to initiate an eligible return request via our Track Your Order page or via support email.
